Evelien chose to go completely gas-free in her truck. To compensate, she decided to install plenty of solar panels on the roof. Combined with a 7.5kW battery bank, her truck is completely self-sufficient and completely off-grid.
She still heats during the dark months with an additional Truma diesel system, but cooking is all-electric. So she can get through the winter without any problems.
