About Wire-Up

As a passionate snowboarder and surfer, I have years of experience travelling and living in motorhomes. This in truly all seasons and weather conditions. In summer we need to keep the motorhome fresh, in winter we need to be able to make it nice and warm. All this while not having to compromise on comfort.

So I decided to combine my experience as an electrician and knowledge of mobile homes and motorhomes to create an electric off-grid system for our motorhome. Not only was it satisfying to discover this process myself, soon other motorhome enthusiasts knew how to find me for a similar system.

Thus, Wire-Up was born. The need for customised electric off-grid systems is real and I am happy to help the community build out their sustainable systems.

Together with my friend Beth, we have been living as electric nomads for years. By travelling around with various camper vans, we have gained an awful lot of experience living and working in them, both in hot summers and cold winters.

I am quite passionate about adventure sports such as surfing, snowboarding, split boarding, climbing, wakeboarding,... Together with Beth, I have already travelled all over Europe in search of fun, new challenges. Each time, we meet new people with whom we can share our experiences.

Hopefully one day we can also help you realise a greener, more sustainable or more off-grid campervan.
